Start from real facility work
Follow how patients, clinicians, service departments, finance teams, and administrators actually move through the day.
HealthLedger combines direct experience with hospital operations and international production software to give local facilities a system that fits the way care, service delivery, revenue, and administration work here.
Why HealthLedger exists
The team behind HealthLedger previously built and deployed hospital revenue-tracking software that helped reduce revenue loss and improve revenue capture. That work was grounded in the services hospitals deliver, the records teams keep, and the handoffs that determine whether clinical and financial activity stays visible.
HealthLedger applies that operating experience across the full facility: patient records, clinical care, diagnostics, pharmacy, admissions, billing, reporting, administration, and the responsibilities connecting them.
Founder and engineering experience
An experienced software engineer and technical founder whose background includes software engineering at Microsoft and leadership across software architecture and delivery. His experience includes building software across web, mobile, enterprise, and operational systems and leading teams responsible for architecture and delivery.
HealthLedger is built by a team with experience delivering international, production-grade software and applying that engineering discipline to the day-to-day needs of healthcare facilities.
The Microsoft reference describes prior founder experience and does not imply Microsoft endorsement of HealthLedger.
How we build
Follow how patients, clinicians, service departments, finance teams, and administrators actually move through the day.
Configure modules, responsibilities, and rollout around the facility rather than forcing teams into an imported operating model.
Give each role the context it needs while keeping access, administration, and important activity accountable.
Begin live operation quickly, include staff training, and continue migration and expansion while the facility runs.
Walk through the live product, your operating model, training, migration, deployment, integrations, security, and commercial fit.
