Privacy Policy

How the HealthLedger marketing website collects, uses, shares, protects, and retains inquiry and technical information.

This Privacy Policy describes information handled through the public HealthLedger marketing website. It does not govern patient or facility data processed inside the HealthLedger product, which is addressed by the applicable customer agreement and facility policies.

Who operates this website

HealthLedger operates this website. To make a privacy request or ask a question about this notice, use the Contact page and identify the message as a privacy request.

Information we collect

Information you choose to provide

When contact submissions are enabled, the website form asks for your name, email address, organization, audience type, and message. Please do not include patient-identifying information, clinical records, credentials, payment-card details, or other sensitive information in a website inquiry.

Technical and security information

Hosting, security, and contact services may process an IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested URLs, request headers, and security or delivery outcomes. This information is used to deliver the site, protect the contact route, limit abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain reliability.

When the contact form is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information needed to distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. Rate-limiting services may also process a derived identifier for a limited security purpose.

Information this website is not intended to collect

This public website is for product, commercial, partner, and company inquiries. It is not a patient portal and is not intended for patient records or other protected clinical information. A free-text message can still contain information a visitor chooses to enter, so please leave patient-identifying details out of every inquiry.

How we use information

We use website information to:

  • Respond to product, demo, partner, company, and related business inquiries.
  • Understand the facility or organization making an inquiry and prepare relevant follow-up.
  • Deliver the website and contact functionality.
  • Protect the website and contact endpoint from spam, abuse, fraud, and security threats.
  • Diagnose errors, maintain reliability, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Where applicable, processing is based on taking steps at your request, HealthLedger’s legitimate interests in communicating with prospective customers and protecting its services, and compliance with legal obligations. The basis that applies depends on the request and the law governing the processing.

Service providers and disclosure

HealthLedger uses service providers to operate the website. Depending on the active release lane and whether contact submissions are enabled, these providers may include:

  • Cloudflare for website hosting, network delivery, security, Turnstile, and rate limiting.
  • Microsoft Azure for website or function hosting, rate limiting, and email delivery through Azure Communication Services.
  • Business email services and authorized personnel who receive and respond to inquiries.

We disclose information only as needed for these services, to protect rights and security, to comply with law, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell website inquiry information.

Analytics and advertising

The website does not currently use marketing analytics, behavioral advertising, or advertising trackers. Essential hosting and security services may still use technical storage or identifiers required to deliver and protect the site. This notice will be updated before a new analytics or advertising practice begins.

International processing

Website service providers may process information in countries other than the country where an inquiry is submitted. Where applicable law requires transfer protections, HealthLedger will use the protections appropriate to the provider arrangement and processing involved.

Retention

Inquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the resulting business relationship, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Security and technical information is retained for the period needed for reliability, abuse prevention, and investigation. Retention may vary by record type and provider; this notice does not set one universal retention period for every inquiry or log.

Security

HealthLedger uses administrative and technical measures intended to protect website information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Product security controls described on the Security page apply to the HealthLedger product and should not be read as a description of every marketing-site provider process.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority responsible for your location.

Use the Contact page to make a request. HealthLedger may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.

Changes to this policy

HealthLedger may update this policy as the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date on this page identifies the current public version.
